The Sun is a two-decks patience. The game is begun by dealing eight Aces to the foundations. Kings are dealt between them, they play only decorative role in this game. 24 cards are dealt face down to the tableaus arranged as eight piles of three cards each. The remaining cards form the stock. The waste pile is under the stock.
The object of the game is to build eight foundation piles up regardless of suit, running from Ace to Queen.
Only the top card of a tableau pile is available to play.
Empty spaces in the tableau can be filled with any card.
The stock can be dealt only once.
